Resurrect the actor with reduced number of places

Once an actor is aborted, is it possible to resurrect the actor but reduce the number of places?
It seems I am not able to import runs that were aborted into Clay and they need to be completed first. But at times it gets very expensive to let an actor run all the way to the end, so it would be easier if I can reduce the number of places for the run to complete. Please advise

Sorry for the late reply. Yes, this is technically possible but it requires changing the input of the aborted run. This can only be done via JSON API call to the KV record INPUT by sending the same input but with different parameters, in this case changing the maxCrawledPlacesPerSearch input field.
