Small, single-purpose data Actors. Each one does one job, on public data, and reports what the run actually cost.

Principles I hold to:

HTTP over browsers. If a target needs a full browser, the margin is usually already gone. I look for endpoints that are open by design.
Public data only. robots.txt is checked before anything is fetched, and a target that disallows it gets skipped, not worked around.
Every field, every time. Missing values come back as null. The shape never shifts, so nothing downstream breaks.
Measured, not claimed. Every run publishes cost per 1,000 rows.
