The timeout (3600 seconds = 1 hour) can be adjusted in the "Settings" tab, see screenshot attached for an example. You could up the limit (or make it No Timeout) and you should eventually get all your results (if they are accessible).
However looking at your run it was processing for 1 hour and only got 32 results, that seems extremely poor performance to me so I'll try to have a look into why that is, or more importantly how we can improve it.

I don't see any attachment to change the timeout level, when you get a chance could you add it again Abe, thanks so much. I looked in the settings on the left but could not see it.

Ok so I've updated the build to allow using the 'Cheerio' crawler instead of the 'Playwright' crawler, which makes it ALOT faster.
I managed to get a successful run with only 7 mins running time. It managed to fetch 1050 of your 1052 usernames input.
Think that should be good for this so will close the issue for now but let me know if you have further issues.
(The new Cheerio crawler is selected by default, so you don't need to do anything other than try a new run with the latest build)
