Revenue architect, PMP®. Most businesses don't have a lead problem — they have a connection problem. I build the actors that find where it leaks.

👋🏻 Who I am: Richard Norwood, PMP® — revenue architect at Alabrida Revenue Architects LLC , based in Riverview, Florida (Tampa Bay). I work with clients across Florida, Alabama and Georgia, and remotely nationwide.
🤓 My journey: 15+ years of operating experience across staffing, telecom, automotive and healthcare — including a stint as Continuous Improvement Manager at AT&T/DIRECTV, where I helped implement the Continuous Improvement Management System that carried teams through the AT&T–DIRECTV merger. These days I build the measurement tools I spent those years wishing existed.
🚀 My triumph: the Revenue Journey Assessment — it scores a business website across five stages (Awareness → Consideration → Decision → Conversion → Retention) against 22+ structural checkpoints, and returns the evidence behind every single score. The framework behind it produced a 52.4% direct conversion increase for a B2B staffing firm in 90 days.
🔬 What I build differently: my actors never launder a guess as a measurement. If a signal couldn't be checked — the request was throttled, the listing doesn't exist, the tier doesn't include that lookup — it comes back flagged needs_review with the reason, not silently scored zero.
⚒️ My skills: TypeScript · Node.js · Crawlee + Playwright · Apify SDK · Supabase/Postgres · SerpApi · Google & Bing entity data · structured-data and schema forensics · funnel and lead-flow diagnostics.
📜 My credentials: PMP® (Project Management Institute) · Google Data Analytics (Coursera).
🇬🇧 My languages: English — plus fluent TypeScript, SQL.
