I build data tools around Israeli public sources - government registries, official indices, and open records that are published freely but are painful to actually use.

My focus is the unglamorous part: handling encoding quirks, fields that change type between records, and inconsistent schemas, so the output is a clean table you can load straight into a spreadsheet, a database, or an AI agent.

Current Actors:

• Israel Real Estate Index - official government housing price and rent indices for all 357 settlements and 1,336 neighbourhoods, including rental yield. Quarterly, 2021 onward.
