I am building a software which integrates this Apify app so that the users can mass download content from instagram through my software.
Is it in any way against instagram's terms of service to launch that software product commercially? If it is, can/will instagram take legal action?
Hi! Its legal https://apify.com/apify/instagram-scraper#is-it-legal-to-scrape-instagram because actor getting data without login, so there was no any ToS accepted. Still, please re-check with lawyer in your country.
