What is the rate limit for this Instagram scraper? I want to integrate it into my large scale application. Can this scraper handle millions of requests per day?

It is more likely thousands a day because max concurrency for a single run is up to 50 requests per minute, 14400 * 50 = 72.000 requests per day
You must evaluate your exact data case by at least a single run, then consider the schedule. By concurrent runs, you can process millions of requests per day.
