I'm a developer and product builder focused on creating practical software that solves real-world problems.

I've built a variety of applications and tools outside of Apify, and I'm now bringing that experience into the Apify ecosystem. My focus is less on building scrapers for the sake of scraping and more on turning public data, automation, and AI-assisted workflows into products that businesses can actually use.

A building-permit intelligence platform that analyzes public construction records and identifies service-specific business opportunities for contractors, sales teams, and service providers.

BuildSignal is my first public Apify product, but it won't be my last.

How I approach products?

I aim to build tools that are:

• Useful before they are flashy
• Transparent about where data comes from
• Easy for nontechnical users to understand
• Reliable enough for real workflows
• Designed around an actual business outcome

I'm actively developing new Actors and improving existing ones as I learn what users need.
