It says run successful but it gave me 0 results and eating up on my $ usage, disappointing!

unfortunately, having the same issues with both Instagram and TikTok. not sure what is happening and how to fix this. For every keyword that I am using and location wise, the result is 0 for all the runs.
Yes today all of proxy ips of apify block.. may be if you can use your own proxy...
