The Actor natively parses all three major GAEB generations into uniform JSON: GAEB DA XML (.x83), GAEB 90 (.d83 including DOS codepage conversion), and GAEB 2000 (.p83 including RTF text extraction).
Standard portals only search the tender title and summary. This Actor downloads the ZIP archives in memory, unpacks the GAEB files, and searches your keywords directly inside the individual Bill of Quantities line items (Kurztext and Langtext).
You only pay the $0.05 extraction event when a tender matches your filters and returns a valid, non-empty GAEB Bill of Quantities with parsed line items. Skipped or unmatched tenders are never charged.
