✨ Actors and Tasks beta tweaked

• There are no longer separate pages for play mode and dev mode. Instead, we show you the actor page with tabs displayed based on your permissions – if you can edit the actor, you will see the Source and Settings tabs. And if you don't, you will see just the Input and options tab.
• API information and Statistics have moved to the top-right corner.
• Publication tab has been merged with the Settings tab.
