Improving developer experience

Last week, we rolled out large improvement to the actor development UI, mostly in the Source tab. This update incorporates changes requested by our users and aims to increase developer productivity:

Along with this update, we are also rolling out improvements to the actor publication process, in addition to improved TypeScript support for the source code editor and support for new JavaScript features such as a top-level await.
