Why use this?

The Sextant France agents map displays ~95 mandataire agents — but there's no export. This Actor gives you:

• Direct contact data — Email, phone (pro/perso split), name
• Location — City, postal code, address, lat/lng for mapping
• Profile URLs — Contact page, agent site, listings
• Social links — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (when present on agent pages)
• Listings — listingsCount (number of listings), listingValueTotal (sum of prices in €)
• LinkedIn column included — linkedinUrl filled for agents missing it (e.g. linkedin.com/in/name). By default, no config.
• One-click export — CSV, JSON, or Excel. No code, no proxy.

Quick Start

1. Open the Input tab
2. Leave Agent URLs empty for the full list — or paste agent page URLs
3. Click Run

Results appear in the Dataset tab when the run completes. Includes linkedinUrl column by default. Export as CSV, JSON, or Excel.

Input

Default — Full agents list

Scrapes the agents map, then visits each agent's site to extract social links. All ~95 agents with lat/lng, city, postal code, email, phone, plus linkedinUrl for those missing it. Progress logged every 10 agents (% and ETA).

Leave Agent URLs empty.

~2–3 min total. No proxy required. LinkedIn enrichment included by default.

Tips

Default = one run. Leave Agent URLs empty. ~95 agents in ~2–3 min with LinkedIn column. No configuration needed.

Filter by city. After export, use the city field (proper case) to narrow by region.

Schedule refreshes. Apify Scheduler for weekly or monthly runs. The network may change.

FAQ

Why are some social links empty?
Most agent sites use Sextant brand links (same for all). Some have personal profiles; the scraper extracts whatever appears on the page.

LinkedIn column empty?
Enrichment runs only for agents who don't already have linkedinUrl. Included by default. Contact the creator if it doesn't work.

Works outside France?
Sextant France is France-only (métropole + DOM-TOM).

Proxy required?
No. Standard requests work.

Can I run it on a schedule?
Yes. Use Apify Scheduler.

CSV separator?
Semicolon (;) for Excel.

listingsCount / listingValueTotal empty?
Extracted from each agent's listing page (urlListe). If the agent has no listings or the page is unreachable, values remain empty.
