Crawlware builds small, focused data tools designed to be called directly by AI agents and RAG pipelines, not just clicked through a console by a person. The first tool, Sitemap Reindex Trigger, tells a RAG pipeline exactly which pages on a site changed since the last check, so it can re embed only what is new instead of reprocessing an entire site on every run.
Most existing crawling and monitoring tools were built for human review, not for an agent deciding on its own what to check next. Crawlware tools are engineered as small, structured, predictably priced building blocks that an agent can call synchronously and trust the answer from, whether that answer is a list of changed URLs, a parsed document, or a structured record pulled from a public feed.
Crawlware is being built out as a small portfolio of agent callable tools, starting with sitemap and feed monitoring and expanding into structured extraction and public data lookups across other domains over time. Every tool follows the same principles: a small number of inputs, a fast and predictable runtime, transparent per event pricing, and honest documentation of what the tool actually does and does not do.
Fifteen plus years of solving business problems across project management, finance, HR, and product and service management sit behind how these tools are designed. That experience shows up less in the code itself and more in how the tools are priced, documented, and supported once real people and real agents start depending on them.
