I build Actors that turn France's public registers into clean, queryable data: urban planning (PLU, Géoportail de l'Urbanisme), cadastre, and public procurement.

Why these sources: they are officially open under Licence Ouverte, they change often enough that a stale copy is worthless, and they are scattered across dozens of portals with no usable API. That gap is the work.

How I build: live queries against official endpoints, no stored personal data, no scraping behind logins or paywalls. Every Actor states plainly when the source has no answer instead of returning a silent blank.

Background: I run a subsurface network detection company in Provence, so I use this data myself before I sell access to it.
