I ship data products that agents can actually call: typed schemas, provenance, ranking, and a paid MCP or API in front. Apify is the collection and metering layer — not a dump of HTML.

I'm a software engineer that has been developing AI agents since the inception of GPT3. Day-to-day stack is Python, FastAPI, FastMCP, Postgres, and Apify collectors wired into live products.

• AI / tech news — ranked, deduplicated signal from GitHub, X, Reddit, and RSS. Same pipeline I already run for my own products; exposed here as a pay-per-event Actor.
• Residential property (Portugal) — Idealista / Imovirtual collectors that feed Attesta : immutable snapshots, entity resolution, signed JWS verification for agents.
• Custom Actors — if you need something an agent can pay for (schema, billing, MCP), that's the job.

Signal over volume. If a field isn't reliable, it isn't in the dataset. I maintain what I publish.
