Most scrapers on this store were shipped once and never opened again. You can see it in the run statistics: actors absorbing thousands of runs a month while failing a quarter of them. The gap between "it worked when I published it" and "it works today" is where this account lives.

How that works in practice

• Every actor is monitored daily — failure rate, run volume, new reviews.
• When a source changes its markup or tightens its rate limits, that becomes a repair the same week, not the same quarter.
• Issues get answered. If something is broken, say so and it gets looked at.
