EU Tender Gap

I index the official EU procurement register (TED) every day and extract two signals that are hard to see without a database:

  • Zero-bid lots — contracts that closed without receiving a single offer. Under Article 32(2)(a) of Directive 2014/24/EU the buyer may then negotiate directly, without a new call.
  • Expiring contracts — awards that state a contract end date (field BT-537). When a contract ends, the buyer must re-tender. TED does not let you search this field.

Current index: 224,940 notices, rebuilt daily.

What you get: notice number, buyer, title, CPV, value, publication date, contract end date, and the official TED link — filtered to your country and industry.
