I'm El Mahdi Moubarak, founder and full-stack engineer based in France. I build software and AI systems end-to-end: specs, architecture, code, deploy.

Over 6 years I've shipped across cybersecurity, healthcare and fintech, most of the time as the only engineer on the project. At Board of Cyber I was a core contributor to Security Rating®, a SaaS cyber-rating platform used by 200+ organizations, solving 700+ tickets in a high-cadence release cycle. At ALTAO Santé I built a greenfield medical platform solo that processed 5,000+ hospital documents and saved hospitals €700,000.

Today I run EMM, my independent software engineering practice, I'm the founder of Piktechs (B2B SaaS for events & networking: digital business cards, lead capture, attendee tracking) and CTO of KSUR Services, where I own the agency's full technical stack from architecture to production. I also deliver corporate AI training (two tailored FR/EN sessions for DRIVECO, with live use cases).

Stack: TypeScript, Next.js, React, React Native, Angular, Vue.js, Python/Django, PostgreSQL, Supabase, AWS, Docker, plus AI agents, LLM APIs, RAG and OCR/Vision pipelines.
