What we care about

Most tools in any marketplace get published once and then quietly rot. The site changes, the tool breaks, the issues go unanswered, and the listing sits there collecting one-star reviews. We think that is the problem actually worth solving, so this is where the effort goes:

• Maintenance is the product. Every tool is monitored and fixed when something upstream changes.
• Same-business-day replies. Open an issue and you get a real answer, not silence.
• Honest failures. When something cannot be collected you are told exactly why — rate limited, blocked, feed disabled, or simply not the platform you thought it was. You never get a green checkmark hiding an empty result.
• You pay for results, not attempts. Failed runs, unreachable sites, and empty results are never charged.

Feedwright is a human-led studio that leans hard on automation to build and maintain its tools. That is not a gimmick — it is why the maintenance promise above is credible rather than aspirational. Everything here collects publicly available information — the same things any visitor to a site can see. No logins, no personal data about individuals, no working around access controls. Requests are rate-limited and polite by design.
