Save TikTok avatars and video covers to Apify storage
TikTok's image links expire within hours to days. This task copies each account's avatar and the 720 px cover of each of its newest videos (and the images of a slideshow post) into the run's key-value store and puts links that work as long as the store is kept on the rows: avatar_file_url, cover_file_url and media_files with the size of each file. downloadMedia: videos adds the video files.
