Convert PDF to text or Markdown

This Actor would take on input a PDF file, and converts it into a plain text or Markdown. This would be useful e.g. for feeding PDFs to generative AI or LLM applications, to answer questions from the PDF file. There are plenty of open-source solutions, so we just need to integrate the right one.
