Looks up three vehicles at NHTSA and returns every recall campaign — number, date, component, summary, consequence, remedy and the park-it and over-the-air flags — plus NCAP crash-test stars and up to 100 owner complaints each, with crash, fire, injury and death counts. Matching is by year, make and model, not VIN range. $0.70 per 1,000 recalls and ratings, $0.15 per 1,000 complaints.
