I build Apify Actors that turn messy Portuguese public data into clean, structured datasets.

Portugal publishes a lot of open data, but it's often scattered, inconsistent, or locked in formats that are hard to use. My Actors do the unglamorous part: finding the right source, parsing it, normalizing it, and keeping personal data out of the output. You get something you can filter, schedule and plug into a spreadsheet, a pipeline or an AI agent.

Portugal Public Contracts (Portal BASE)  Search every public contract signed in Portugal by keyword, buyer, supplier, CPV code, price or date. Schedule it to get only new contracts each day. Open source on GitHub .

• Open data first. I use official open datasets over scraping whenever they exist, so the Actors stay reliable and respectful of public servers.
• Privacy by default. Names of private individuals are removed from the output.
• Honest about limits. Every README says where the data comes from, how fresh it is, and what it can't do.
