Rental data cleanup issue

Hey, minor issue here with the rental data. A fairly large amount of the price data points are ommitted. Its because many of the rental prices on Zillow are listed as $4000/mo, or $3500+ 1bd etc.

Unsure how much of the data is getting cleaned here but I'm getting about 40% of the data through with both price and bedroom values. Some of the listings have multiple price points for different bedroom options so if there is too much work there to clean the data it might be worth including a text dump so we can clean it up on import. Thanks for your help - excellent scraper by the way.
