We build Actors that return official tariff data with every rate traceable to the regulation behind it — and that say so plainly when the data is genuinely ambiguous, instead of guessing.

Three commitments

• Every rate traces to source. Regulation IDs where they exist, measure IDs and a verify link where they don't. You can always check our answer against the official record.
• Ambiguity is reported, not guessed. When a commodity code carries two VAT rates or a hundred exporter-specific anti-dumping measures, we return the complete measure set and tell you why no single number applies.
• We don't invent what we can't cite. If we can't answer, we say so — and we don't charge you for it.
