Without a stops filter the cheapest fare of the day is usually a two-stop itinerary nobody would take. maxStops nonstop applies the filter before the daily winner is chosen, so each row is the cheapest direct flight on that date - the number a corporate travel policy actually uses. Cost: 30 fare rows at $0.004 = at most $0.12 a run.
