A daily watch, not a research pull: the twenty newest reviews for each of four Singapore properties by id, sorted most recent, cheap enough to schedule every morning. review_id is stable, so keeping the ids you have seen turns the run into a new-reviews feed; route low scores to Slack and a bad night reaches the duty manager the same day. Cost: 80 review rows at $0.004 = at most $0.32 a run.
