TripAdvisor's Content API is for licensed partners and returns five reviews per location. This is the smallest replacement that still answers the question: one hotel URL as pasted from the browser, forty newest reviews, and a free hotel row with the rating, review count, ranking and sub-ratings. No key, no partner contract. Cost: 40 review rows at $0.005 = at most $0.20 a run.
