Customers who participate are asked to answer questions related to store cleanliness, employee behavior, product availability, pricing, and the overall shopping experience.

The goal is to identify strengths and areas for improvement so that Kroger can continue to meet customer expectations.

To take part in the survey, customers need a recent purchase receipt from any Kroger store or one of its affiliates. The receipt must include an Entry ID, date, and time of visit, which are entered on the survey website. The survey is available in both English and Spanish, making it accessible to a wider audience.

As an incentive, Kroger rewards participants with 50 Fuel Points added to their Kroger Plus Card. These points can be redeemed at participating Kroger fuel centers for discounts on gasoline purchases. Occasionally, there may also be sweepstakes entries or additional promotional rewards.

Eligibility requirements include being a legal U.S. resident, 18 years or older, and having a valid Kroger receipt from the past 7 days. Each receipt allows for only one survey entry.
