I turn "impossible-to-scrape" government sites (Oracle APEX, Pega forms, obfuscated APIs hiding in JS bundles) into clean datasets that support M&A sourcing, franchise recruiting, and lead generation at scale.

My core capability is reverse-engineering the real API behind any government UI — even when they claim "no public API exists." Every scraper runs reliably without manual intervention.
