2dehands Car Scraper — Belgian car listings, prices and dealers
Extract used-car listings from 2dehands.be (Belgium) by make or search term: price, mileage, year, fuel, dealer, listing date, URL.
Three rows from a real run
| Title | Price | Year | Mileage | Location |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CITROEN C3 1.2i FACELIFT 82PK EU6D M21 98000 KM 12M GARANTIE | 7250 EUR | 2020 | 98000 km | Houthalen+ Deel Van Zonhoven En Zolder |
| Volkswagen Polo 1.2 TDI Comfortline - pneus été et hiver. | 5200 EUR | 2012 | 108759 km | Aywaille + Partie De Rouvreux |
| Car history and maintenance done by range rover zele garage | 29000 EUR | 2020 | 120000 km | Lokeren+Deel Overmere En Zele |
A run with maxItems: 10 on 2026-10-13 returned 10 ads in 5 seconds and would cost about $0.01 at the current price. Full fields for every row are shown below.
2dehands is the largest classifieds site in Belgium, with around 100,000 live car listings from dealers and private sellers. This Actor turns the car listings into a clean table: what the car is, what it costs, who is selling it — and, since September 2026, whether the price is fixed or a bid, the body type, the colour, the energy label and, for dealers, the location coordinates. All of it comes from the search-results page, so no extra requests are made and nothing is charged beyond the rows you receive.
Press Start. The defaults return listings with no configuration needed.
What a row looks like
{"title": "Mercedes SLK","make": "Mercedes-Benz","model": "SLK","year": 2008,"mileage_km": 101700,"fuel_type": "Benzine","gearbox": "Handgeschakeld","engine_capacity_ccm": 1796,"price": 11650,"currency": "EUR","price_type": "fixed","city": "Oudenaarde+Deel Ooike","seller_name": "lee cars","seller_type": "professional","dealer_id": "27326326","posted_at": "2026-09-17","source_url": "https://www.2dehands.be/v/auto-s/mercedes-benz/m2430541516-mercedes-slk","thumbnail_url": "https://images.2dehands.com/api/v1/hz-twh-pro-listing/images/3c3ac282-ff5a-4179-9ede-7b8d3699040f?rule=ecg_mp_eps$_82.jpg","external_id": "m2430541516"}
Every row also has source_site and scraped_at. About one listing in six is
a van or light commercial vehicle, which 2dehands files under cars. Where a
dealer is identified, the identity comes with the row — no second request and
no extra charge.
| Field | What it holds | How often it is filled (100-row sample, 6 October 2026) |
|---|---|---|
title, make, model, price, currency, city, posted_at, source_url, thumbnail_url | The listing as 2dehands shows it | Always |
price_type | fixed, bid (minimum bid / "bieden") or see_description — 2dehands' own label | Always |
year, mileage_km, fuel_type, gearbox | From the listing's attribute strip | 8–9 in 10 (year 84, mileage 87, fuel 96, gearbox 91) |
body_type | Hatchback, Break, SUV … as 2dehands classifies it | Most listings |
color, energy_label | As given by the seller | Colour about 1 in 3 (35); energy label rarely (none in this sample) |
engine_capacity_ccm, engine_power_hp | Only when the seller filled them in | Engine size 8, power 6 |
seller_name, seller_type, seller_url, dealer_id | Filled only for listings 2dehands labels as a business (see below); seller_type also says private where 2dehands labels the seller so | 11 in 100; seller_type 32 (11 business, 21 private) |
latitude, longitude | The dealer's location, for business listings only; empty for private sellers | Business listings only |
condition, warranty, previous_price, price_reduced_at, postal_code, features | Catalogue-wide car columns that 2dehands does not show on the results page | Always empty here |
Read this part before you buy: a seller is named only when 2dehands itself
labels the listing as a business. That was 18 in 100 rows on a sample run, and
14 in 100 the day before, so expect it to move. 2dehands leaves most sellers unlabelled, and an unlabelled
seller is treated as a private person: seller_name, seller_url,
dealer_id and seller_type all come back empty. seller_url needs a labelled
dealer who also lists a website, which no row in that sample had. Some of those unlabelled
sellers really are dealers, and this Actor will not guess — a profile picture
or a website in a profile is not proof of a business, and guessing would mean
publishing private people's names. You still get the car, the price and the
city on every row. Business names only: where the site marks the advertiser as a private person, or the name on the card is or contains a person's name (a sole trader's trade name), the field is left empty. Phone numbers, email addresses and sellers' descriptions
are never collected, for anyone.
What people use it for
Price monitoring, where you re-run a saved search on a schedule and watch a segment of the Belgian market move. Research on the labelled dealers, where the seller fields matter as much as the cars. And feeding a comparison or valuation tool that needs Belgian market data it cannot get from an official API.
Input
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
searchTerms | Makes to filter by. Leave empty for everything. |
postedAfter | Only keep listings posted on or after this date (ISO 8601). 2dehands shows dates by day, so this filter works by day. Handy for daily runs that should return just what is new. |
sinceDays | The same, as a rolling window: 1 keeps yesterday and today, 7 the last week. Set it once on a scheduled task and never edit the date again. |
maxItems | Hard stop, so your bill is predictable. |
proxyConfiguration | Off by default. Most runs do not need one. |
There is no location input. 2dehands only offers distance filtering
through an internal endpoint that its robots.txt asks crawlers not to use, and
this Actor respects that. If you pass a location anyway, the run stops and
tells you, rather than quietly returning the whole country and charging you
for it. Filter by city in your own pipeline instead.
Pricing
$1.00 per 1,000 listings, dropping to $0.50 per 1,000 on higher Apify plans, plus $0.005 each time a run starts. There is no separate charge for dealer details, and platform usage is not passed on to you.
You are charged for rows you actually receive. If you set a maximum charge for the run, it stops cleanly at that limit instead of overshooting it.
Worked example: 1,000 listings cost $1.005 including the start fee ($0.505 on
the higher plans). A daily task with sinceDays: 1 on three makes typically
returns a few dozen new listings — a few cents a day.
Daily new listings
Make a task from this Actor, set sinceDays to 1 and the makes you follow,
and schedule it each morning. Every run then returns only what was posted
since the previous day, in the same columns as a full run. Because the price
type, body type and dealer identity are on every row, the feed can go straight
into a price tracker without a second lookup.
How this compares
Other 2dehands Actors on the Store exist; the differences that matter are these. This one is cars only, and says so. It names a seller only when 2dehands labels the listing as a business, and never publishes private sellers' names, IDs or descriptions. It uses only the pages 2dehands' robots.txt allows — no distance filtering through the internal search endpoint, which the same file disallows — and says so here. The price type, body type, colour, energy label and dealer coordinates are in every row without a "details" mode or an extra charge. A run that is blocked or comes back short fails visibly instead of reporting success with fewer rows. The price in the title is the price on the FREE tier, not the discounted one.
Scope and limits
Public listings only. Nothing behind a login.
2dehands' listing pages are not strictly sorted by date, so postedAfter
checks two full pages of older listings before it stops, to avoid missing new
ones that sit behind promoted ads.
If 2dehands changes its page structure, the run goes red. It does not return zero rows and report success — a silent scraper is worse than a broken one, because you find out weeks later.
A run that is blocked or cut short partway also goes red, even though the rows it did collect are in the dataset and yours to keep. Red here means "this is not the complete answer", not "you lost the data" — on a schedule, a run that quietly came back short is the thing you most need to hear about.
Every run also publishes the site's own result count next to the rows it delivered, so you can see "60 rows of 9,969 the site reports" without going back to the site to check. That number is what the site says, not a promise about what one run returns.
Same data, other countries
This Actor shares its output shape with the Marktplaats Car Scraper (Netherlands), the Willhaben Auto Scraper (Austria), the Bazos.sk Cars Scraper (Slovakia) and the Wayke Scraper (Sweden). A parser you write for one keeps working on the others, and on the countries added next.
