Long Lever

I'm Todd Handler. I build and run the data feeds and AI systems a business works from every day.

I spent 20 years as an owner and operator, including a team of up to 75 and the sale of a company, and I hold an engineering degree from the University of Delaware. Since March 2026 I've been a fractional Chief AI Officer. The systems I run there include 195 recurring automated tasks with heartbeat monitoring; 0.01% of 22,141 runs failed in the week of Oct 15, 2026.

How I build Actors

  • Public, documented sources only. No logins, no getting around access controls, no personal data.
  • Every Actor has a test input that runs daily, and every run reports its own failures.
  • You pay for what a run delivers, and runs stop cleanly at your cost limit.
  • Issues are answered within one business day.

My Actors

  • ATS Jobs Feed: live jobs from Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Recruitee and Personio career boards in one schema, with a changes-since-last-run mode for daily monitoring.
