I build Apify Actors that turn public registers into structured data you can put straight into a CRM, an ERP or an alert. Each one is written for the person who uses the data, not only for the developer who wires it up.

What I cover

• EU compliance and validation: VAT numbers through VIES, IBANs and bank codes, sanctions screening against the EU, UN and UK lists, Peppol e-invoicing reachability, company identifiers resolved across registers (VAT, KVK, KBO, SIREN, LEI), REACH and SVHC status, and EUDAMED medical devices.
• Dutch open data: RVO subsidy schemes, government announcements and permits with their objection deadlines, Benelux corporate insolvencies, and hiring signals per company.
• Developer tools: page change monitoring with line-level diffs, AI crawler and robots.txt auditing, and table extraction from PDF documents.

How I build them

• Pay for results. Pay per event, no monthly fee. Work that fails costs nothing.
• Privacy by design. Company data only. No contact persons, no recruiter names and no natural persons, even where the source contains them.
• Correct or nothing. A source that cannot be read reliably is reported as such. An outage is never turned into a negative answer.
• Tested against recorded real source data, so a change at the source shows up as a failing test rather than as a wrong record.
