Checks each Austin, TX street address against 10 years of City of Austin permits and returns one verdict row per address: permit count, open permits, permits issued but never finaled, and whether any is past its expiry date with no final inspection. Owner and applicant names are not returned. Used by buyers, agents, title officers and insurers. Example checks 3 non-residential addresses.
