I’m a builder with a background in security, identity platforms, and automation. I use Apify to turn annoying, repetitive, or hard to reason about workflows into simple tools that just work.

I care a lot about:

• Clear inputs
• Predictable outputs
• Honest limitations
• Actors that don’t require tribal knowledge to use

If an Actor needs a paragraph of explanation just to get started, that’s usually a sign something should be simplified.

Most of my Actors fall into a few categories:

• Automation helpers Tools designed to plug into existing workflows and reduce manual steps

• Data extraction and enrichment Clean, structured data with minimal post processing required

• Platform and API focused tools Actors that wrap complex APIs or systems into something easier to use and reason about

Design Philosophy

I try to follow a few simple rules when building Actors:

• Inputs should be obvious without reading the source code
• Dry runs and previews should exist when destructive actions are possible
• Output should be structured and documented
• If something can’t be done safely, the Actor should say so clearly

I’d rather ship fewer Actors that are solid than a lot that are fragile.

If you run into issues, edge cases, or confusing behavior, feedback is welcome. Most improvements I make come directly from real usage and real complaints.
