I build focused utilities for turning public documents into structured data.
My first tool, PDF Page Chunks, extracts the existing text layer from public HTTPS PDFs into page-contained chunks with page citations and stable identifiers. It is currently undergoing private testing.
It does not perform OCR, and extracted text should be checked against the source when accuracy matters.
