A name search for octopus energy that also matches former names. Every word must start a word of the company name, so tesc finds TESCO; case and accents are ignored, and LTD and LIMITED are left out of the comparison. The former name that matched is returned in matchedPreviousName, and up to 10 previous names with the date each changed come back with every row.
