Japanese news feeds, including Shift_JIS
One row per item: title, link, published date in UTC, author, summary, full text where the feed carries it, categories, image and enclosures. Japanese feeds are read in whatever encoding they use: the Ministry of Internal Affairs feed is Shift_JIS, and Hatena writes every character of its titles as a numeric entity. Both come back as clean Japanese.
