Idaho is split into 47 NWS forecast zones across 44 counties, and warnings are issued per zone, not per state. This returns every alert in force for area ID right now: event, severity, urgency, certainty, the zones covered, start and expiry times, the headline and the full text - from api.weather.gov itself. Swap the area, or give a "lat,lon" point.
