Spain property listings dataset
A ready-to-analyse dataset of Spanish property listings, nationwide. Each row carries a median of 45 populated fields out of 78, measured on 3,184 listings: price, surface, the eight-level location hierarchy with Fotocasa's numeric IDs, the GPS point and the listing agency with its phone. Price and coordinates on 100% of rows, surface on 99.9%, district on 90.2%, neighbourhood on 64.9%.
