We build data products from public US government sources that are free to download but expensive to use: no input sanitization, inconsistent formats, and files that only join together after real engineering work.
Our first products cover the CMS NPPES registry of 9.4M+ US healthcare providers:
- US Healthcare Provider Search: the complete registry as normalized rows. Parsed credentials with a ranked primary, deduplicated addresses, canonical taxonomy labels, and compliance flags (OIG exclusion, Medicare enrollment) on every record. No 1,200-result API cap, so true statewide pulls are just bigger runs.
- OIG Exclusion Check: batch-screen NPI rosters against the HHS OIG exclusion list, with a dated three-state answer (excluded, clear, indeterminate) for every NPI you submit.
Everything we sell is built from official CMS and HHS bulk publications, refreshed on the source cadence and date-stamped so you can see exactly how current each record is.
