I'm Owoyalé Adissa, an independent developer based in Lomé, Togo.

I build Actors that turn official open data into clean, decision-ready B2B datasets — the kind a sales team can import on Monday morning without writing a single parser.

What I focus on

• French public registers — BODACC, INSEE Sirene, and the open APIs published by DILA and DINUM. Public data is abundant; usable public data is rare. The gap between the two is where my work sits.
• No API keys. My Actors run on keyless public sources wherever possible, so you can start in one click instead of registering with a government portal first.
• Watch mode. An Actor you schedule daily should remember what it already delivered. Mine do — you never pay twice for the same record.
• Honest limits. Every README states what the source does not cover, with measured figures. I would rather lose a sale than earn a refund request.

How I work

Every Actor is validated against live data before a single line of production code is written — measured volumes, real field formats, actual coverage rates. Every defect found in production becomes a permanent test so it cannot come back. The numbers in my READMEs come from real runs, not estimates.
