How we work

• Direct HTTP whenever the source allows it: no headless browser, about one second per query and a fraction of the memory.
• Every record carries an explicit status (ok, no_data, invalid_input, error) so an empty row is never a mystery.
• Pay per event: you are charged only for records that contain data. Empty, invalid or failed queries are free.
• Inputs are validated before the source is called, with readable error messages.
• Rate limits are respected and retried with backoff, so bursts do not fail your runs.

Actors

• Google Trends Scraper (fast, no browser): interest over time, regional breakdown and related queries, up to 5 terms per query, any country, any timeframe.
