This Actor uses the pay-per-result pricing model: $0.003 per product returned, and nothing else — no actor-start fee, no per-page or per-request charges.

A default run of 60 products costs about $0.18; 1,000 products is $3.00. Set limit to cap it exactly. New Apify accounts include free monthly usage credits, so you can try it at no cost.

💡 Tips

• Sort your export by moqValue to find suppliers who will actually sell at the quantity you want — the single fastest way to shrink a long list.
• Filter on certifications when the product needs one (electronics, toys, anything touching food or skin). It is populated on roughly a fifth of listings.
• isSponsored marks paid placements. Exclude it before treating the results as a ranking.
• priceMin and priceMax differ on MOQ-tiered products — priceMin is the price at the highest order quantity, so compare like for like.
• Schedule the same query daily and diff priceMin against scrapedAt to build a sourcing price history.

⚠️ Good to Know

• Alibaba prices in the currency of the exit IP's country. This Actor pins the storefront to USD, so a rotating proxy cannot mix currencies inside one dataset, and currency is always USD.
• One results page holds roughly 48 products; higher limits page automatically.
• Some listings genuinely have no price (price shows a placeholder and priceMin is null). That is Alibaba withholding it, not a parse failure.
• certifications, badges and promotionPrice are only present when the listing shows them — expect nulls.

❓ FAQ

Do I need an Alibaba account or cookies? No. The Actor reads publicly visible search results — no login, nothing to configure.

Why are prices always in USD? By design. Alibaba localises prices to the exit IP, which made results incomparable between runs. The storefront is pinned so every row is USD.

Can I filter by MOQ, price or Trade Assurance? Not yet as inputs. moqValue, priceMin/priceMax and the supplier fields are all returned, so you can filter downstream in your own pipeline or spreadsheet.

Can I scrape a specific product or supplier page? Not with this Actor — it works from search queries.

Is scraping Alibaba legal? This Actor collects only publicly available listing data. You are responsible for using it in compliance with Alibaba's Terms of Service and applicable laws.
