I build Apify Actors focused on Czech and Slovak data — markets that most international scrapers skip.

What I'm working on:

  • 🏠 CZ & SK Real Estate Aggregator  — listings from 8 Czech and Slovak property portals (Sreality, Bezrealitky, iDNES, RealityMIX, Reality.cz, Nehnutelnosti.sk, TopReality.sk, Reality.sk) merged into one deduplicated dataset. Tracks price history between runs and flags new and discounted listings. Works as a batch scraper or a real-time HTTP API (Standby mode).

Why CZ/SK? Local portals have quirks that generic scrapers trip over — Czech decimal commas, three different thousands-separator formats, cursor-based pagination, listings duplicated across portals by agency exports. I verify every portal against live data before writing a single line of parser code.

Roadmap: auction and foreclosure listings, more niche portals, and MCP tools so AI agents can query the data directly.
