I build and maintain data tools that read hard-to-reach public registries in the Caucasus, Moldova and Central Asia and return clean, English, evidence-grade JSON.

• Georgia**: company registry lookup, person/organisation → companies reverse search
• Armenia**: company registry with beneficial owners (official BODS declarations), public procurement contracts by supplier
• Moldova**: state register with directors and founders' shares (coming soon)

Every record carries a match block (how it matched, how confident) and an evidence block (source URL, timestamp, hash). Every query returns an explicit result: a record, a verified not_found, or unavailable when the registry itself was unreachable. Never a silent empty dataset.

Only open surfaces and official open data are used: no captcha bypass, no login walls, no personal identification numbers republished.
