I'm Dennis, CEO of Echocall LLC in Germany, and I build and manage technical products. registralia is the company data arm of that work.

The idea is narrow on purpose. Latin American tax authorities publish more than most people realise Ecuador flags shell companies and non-existent transactions, Costa Rica flags tax delinquency and missing filings but the data sits behind Spanish-language portals built for humans, one company at a time. I turn those official sources into one normalized schema you can query in bulk, with the authorities' own risk designations carried through unchanged.

Everything here reads public, official endpoints. No authentication is bypassed, no access controls are circumvented, no third-party aggregator sits in the middle. Every record carries the source URL it came from, so your compliance file can point at the registry, not at me.

Ecuador and Costa Rica are live. Panama, Guatemala, Paraguay, Uruguay and Mexico's commercial register are next, in the same schema so an integration built today keeps working as coverage grows.
