Reqbeat serves an already-normalized, cross-source corpus of public hiring demand.
What that means. Job advertisements from employer applicant-tracking systems, public job boards and aggregators, read and normalized into one shape: company facts (industry, country, headcount band, kind), the req itself (normalized seniority, job family, extracted skills, remote type), declared and inferred pay bands, work-eligibility scope, apply-link precision, and per-req provenance. Duplicates are collapsed across sources.
What it is not. Not a scraper. Nothing is fetched at run time — the Actor filters a corpus that is already normalized, which is why it can filter on attributes a scraper never has. Staffing-agency and aggregator postings are excluded by default, so what you are served leaves out your competitors' listings.
No contact data. No name, email address, phone number or profile of a natural person is ever served as a field. Everything served about a company or a posting is read from a public job advertisement. The complete list of fields is published at reqbeat.com/data-ethics .
