How I build these actors:

  • Public sources only. Nothing behind a login, never LinkedIn.
  • Business records only. No personal consumer data, GDPR and LGPD safe.
  • robots.txt respected. If a target says no, I find another source and say so in the README.
  • Rate limited, with an honest and identifiable user-agent.
  • Rows I could not collect are reported too, with the reason. Showing the gap is what makes the rest trustworthy.
